Our team

Vincent D'Onofrio

Vincent is an American actor and filmmaker. He is known for his supporting and leading roles in both film and television. He is dyslexic and was diagnosed with autism as a child so he is very passionate about creating a safer space and world for kids with special needs and terminal illnesses. He serves as the primary advisor for Radiant Sprouts.

Natacha Frazer

Natacha is a well-rounded operations specialist with over ten years of experience working as a practice manager and medical biller and coder. She’s the Executive Director at RadiantSprouts and has made it her personal mission to engage in the expansion of Radiant Sprouts support services across the world.

David Anderson

David manages the day-to-day operations, ensuring the charity's programs and initiatives run smoothly. David also builds relationships with our key investors and partners.

Louisa Adams

With a masters degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as strong ties to some of our most important communities, Louisa is influential in shaping our policies, proposals, and fundraising rounds.
